A professional management company oversees all amenities and infrastructure. That means well-maintained facilities, landscaped common areas, smooth roads, and reliable lighting—so you can spend your time enjoying the lifestyle rather than worrying about upkeep.
Is there a community service fee (HOA fee)?
Yes. The community service fee covers the amenities, services, and upkeep that make living at On Top of the World convenient and enjoyable. Fees vary by neighborhood and home series, so please contact us for details.
Is this a growing area of Ocala?
